There are multiple organizations that are devoted to sharing insight and helpful tools to empower those with mental health issues.
CCI – Centre for Clinical Interventions
The Consumer Resources section contains helpful modules for you to look at whether you suffer from anxiety or depression or are looking for specific information about different types of problems. The information packages, or InfoPax, listed may be relevant to you. The InfoPax consist of a number of modules that you can complete online, or you can save the modules to your computer and work through them onscreen in your own time. Alternatively, you can print out the modules and work through them by hand.
SAMHSA – Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
This site contains links to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1.800.273.TALK [8255]), as well as hundreds of other substance abuse and mental health concerns including addictions and disorders of children and teens. They offer multiple publications for free, or at a very low cost.
